Riggs is one of our very own puppies. He is from Lira and Ettore's first litter of puppies. He was the only survivor. Lira and I worked together to keep him alive and ensure that he is healthy. To say this guy is spoiled is a complete understatement. He has lots of  "Aunts and Uncles" checking up on him and being stand in litter mates.
